Acceptable Use Policy
Draft content. Legal review required before production use.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the boundaries for running digital agent/AI assistant routines and utilizing model execution engines via ClawOffice. By deploying OpenClaw, Hermes, or custom industry assistants, you agree to govern your agents according to these guidelines.
1. Prohibited Agent Behaviors
You may not configure, prompt, or deploy digital agents or AI assistants within the ClawOffice platform to:
- Deceive or Impersonate: Generate automated content that attempts to pass off an AI assistant as a human being without disclosure, or spoof communication credentials.
- Conduct Malicious Automations: Target websites or public APIs with scraping patterns designed to degrade service, conduct automated brute-force attempts, or build denial-of-service routines.
- Evade Regulatory Audits: Formulate prompt directives that attempt to bypass institutional verification checks, compliance audit trails, or document logging configurations.
- Restricted Content: You agree not to use digital agents or AI assistants for restricted content categories or prohibited applications identified by ClawOffice policy, applicable law, or customer agreement.
2. Model Safety Guardrails
ClawOffice coordinates model calls through safety layers. You agree not to:
- Disable the built-in system guardrail validators or overwrite model temperature configurations to force unsafe outputs.
- Inject context files containing malicious code, SQL injection scripts, or prompt injection payloads into model context pools.
- Instruct digital assistants to perform automated executions without required human-in-the-loop review nodes for actions involving legal decisions, public communications, or financial transfers.
3. Compute Resource Discipline
To maintain service reliability, you must set reasonable token budgets. You agree not to write recursive code scripts or model chains designed to trigger continuous loops that consume compute without purposeful business resolution. ClawOffice reserves the right to throttle or terminate workspaces exhibiting runaway compute patterns.
4. Violations and Account Suspension
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your workspace access. If you observe any configuration templates or model output patterns that violate these parameters, please report them to:
