ClawOffice uses essential cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, coordinate workspace sessions, remember basic preferences, and improve reliability. This Cookie Policy explains what these technologies are and how you can manage your browser preferences.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer or mobile device when you load a webpage. They are widely used by service providers to make websites work more efficiently, deliver custom settings, and provide analytical reporting.

2. How ClawOffice Employs Cookies

We currently describe cookies and similar technologies in three practical groups:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for login, secure workspace access, authenticated API calls, and basic site operation. The platform may not function correctly without these.
  • Preference Cookies: Used to remember your dashboard preferences (such as dark mode states, sorting orders, and language defaults).
  • Reliability Signals: Technical request information may be processed in server, CDN, or application logs to troubleshoot availability, security, and performance. ClawOffice is not currently adding third-party advertising or marketing tracking scripts to the public site.

3. Managing Cookie Preferences

You can instruct your web browser to refuse all cookies or notify you when a cookie is sent. However, please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to your ClawOffice workspace.

For customer-managed deployments, session and logging configurations may be controlled by the customer's infrastructure and administrative requirements.
