Welcome to ClawOffice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platforms, API interfaces, software packages, and hosted digital agent tools (collectively, the "Services"). By registering for or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Use License and Workspace Restrictions
Subject to compliance with these Terms, ClawOffice grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and operate our Services within your designated company workspace. You agree that:
- You will configure and manage user permissions to prevent unauthorized access.
- You will enforce token budgets and spending caps to control operational API costs.
- You will not circumvent authentication protocols or security mechanisms.
2. Workspace Accounts & Credentials
To use the platform, you must register for a workspace account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, setting secure MFA configurations, and auditing administrative activity logs. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any credential compromise.
3. Intellectual Property and Content
You retain all right, title, and interest in and to the files, data, prompt structures, and configurations you submit to the Services. ClawOffice does not claim any ownership rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to process and route your data solely as necessary to perform the requested model actions.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that LLM outputs will be completely accurate, hallucination-free, or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ClawOffice be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services or model execution behaviors.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClawOffice is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
